SFLP Shaders 1.16.5→1.12.2 is the one and only shader mod that’s optimized to work on low-performance computer systems, so it’ll fit right in with any contemporary settings! Unlike other mods which bring a lot of effects into your gameplay experience this particular set has rather limited features but will still give you what you need for now or later down the line when upgrading again.
Unlike other shaders that can bring in an overabundance of effects, this one only has enough to fit on most modern-day sets; however we recommend upgrading if you’re running into any issues or want more power when needed.
SFLP Shaders Mod 1.12.2 is all about keeping performance and FPS high while providing the basic shader effects, which add lighting effects to vanilla Minecraft such as shadowing or reflection on surfaces. The different types of these mods will give you plenty more options for how your game looks!
Minimal system requirements
The shader pack’s requirement is very minimal, but don’t expect that it won’t affect your FPS. SFLP requires at least 1.5GB of RAM and a Dual-Core 1GHZ processor. To get Minecraft playable, you should at least have that requirement to start with.
Graphics Card Compatibility
The shader pack supports all kinds of graphics cards like AMD, Nvidia, and Intel. The pack is compatible with all kinds of graphics cards as long as they support at least GLSL 1.2 and OpenGL 2.0. In addition, the graphics cards you use should be anything from 2012 and above. Any cards below 2010 will not work due to outdated and unsupported functions.
Keep in mind that you should keep your graphics card drivers up to date to avoid errors and performance loss.
3 versions; Lite, Low, and Standard
Beautiful Sepia-like effect
All of the three versions of the SFLP Shaders features a sepia-like filter – making the game a bit classical and giving it a nostalgic feel.
If you don’t mind the sepia-like filter that makes your game look a bit older than it should, then we recommend this Shader pack to enjoy enhancements like waving grass and tree leaves. The Lite version only eats FPS if there are any at all on low-end PCs; however even those with beefy machines may find themselves happier using another more graphic intensive mod instead!
